VELVEETA Cheesy Chicken Rotini
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
2 cups water
3 cups Rotini pasta, uncooked
16 oz package frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot blend
10 oz can To-Tel Tomatoes
8 oz VELVEETA, cubed
Instructions
Cook and stir chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium high heat for 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in water and bring to a boil. Add pasta, stir and cover. Simmer on medium low heat for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until VELVEETA is completely melted and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Makes 6 servings.
