5 Pound Fudge
Ingredients
4 1/2 cups sugar
14.5 oz can evaporated milk
1/3 cup butter
7 oz jar Marshmallow Creme
24 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bar, grated
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, cook sugar, milk and butter over medium heat to a boil. Boil for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients except pecans. Stir quickly and thoroughly to blend. Add pecans to mixture and pour into a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Cool and cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
