Honey Garlic Baked Chicken
Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a medium-sized bowl, combine flour and paprika. Coat each chicken thigh in the flour mixture and place in prepared dish. Sprinkle each thigh with salt and pepper. Mix the honey, soy sauce, and garlic cloves in a bowl and pour evenly over the chicken. You may need to turn the chicken over once or twice to make that sure that both sides are coated completely in the sauce. Sprinkle with the red pepper flakes. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for another 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
