Garlic Chicken Farfalle
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
12 ounces Italian salad dressing
16 ounces Farfalle Pasta
1/2 cup butter
3 teaspoons minced garlic
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
Place chicken and Italian salad dressing in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours. Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred. Place in a large bowl to cool. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and place in bowl with chicken. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then add minced garlic, heavy whipping cream, pepper, mozzarella cheese and bacon. Turn to low and whisk together, allowing to simmer for 3-4 minutes. Pour sauce over pasta and chicken and stir until well combined. Makes 6 servings.
