Chocolate Eclair Dessert
Ingredients
3 cups milk
2 3.5 ounce vanilla pudding mixes
12 ounces Cool Whip
1 box Graham Crackers
1/3 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Combine milk and pudding mixes. Blend in Cool Whip. Take Graham Crackers and break in half and line the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan with them. Spread 1/2 of the pudding mixture over the layer of Graham Crackers. Repeat with another layer of Graham Crackers and pudding. Top with the final layer of Graham Crackers. Combine cocoa, milk and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a full rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool for one minute. Add butter and vanilla, and stir until butter is melted. Pour chocolate topping over the top layer of graham crackers. Refrigerate over night. Makes 15 servings
