Rusty Pelican's Cheese and Garlic Toast
Ingredients
1 loaf sourdough bread, sliced in 1/4 inch slices
2 ounces mayonnaise
3 ounces grated Parmesan Cheese
4 ounces butter
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 drops hot pepper sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to broil. Mix all ingredients except bread, and keep at room temperature. Toast bread slices under broiler for 2 minutes. Remove from oven and turn over bread slices. Spread mixture generously on untoasted side. Broil again until golden brown. Serve hot and crispy. Makes 12 servings.
