Crustless Pecan Pie
Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Grease and flour a 9 inch pie plate. Preheat oven to 325 F. Combine sugar, salt and flour and mix well. Stir in melted butter, vanilla and eggs. Add pecans and coconut and stir to mix well. Pour into prepared pie plate. Bake for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
