Chimichangas
These are delicious and turn out perfect every time. We always top ours with queso dip. You can experiment with any type of meat that you want, but we normally use chicken or beef fajita meat.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded1 can refried beans
1/2 cup salsa
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 cup shredded cheese
2 green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons oil
6 large flour tortillas
Salsa, sour cream, guacamole, or queso for topping
