3 packages Jiffy Cornbread mix1 large sweet onion, diced
2 cups Colby-Monterrey Jack Cheese, shredded
2 large eggs, beaten
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
15 ounce can cream style corn
6 ounce can chopped jalapenos
