Oatmeal Scotchies
For pan cookies, grease a 10 x 15 inch jelly roll pan. Spread dough into prepared pan and bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until light brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. Makes 4 dozen bars.

1 1/4 cups all purpose flour1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups oats
1 2/3 cups Butterscotch Flavored Morsels (11 oz package)
