Baked Mustard Chicken
Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup horseradish mustard
1/2 cup Italian flavored bread crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons white wine
Paprika
Instructions
Brush chicken with mustard and dredge in bread crumbs on both sides. Place in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Combine butter, lemon juice and wine and drizzle over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover, sprinkle with paprika and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve with rice. Makes 4 servings.
