Cherry Dream Pie
3 egg yolks
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
9 inch Graham Cracker Pie Crust
21 ounces cherry pie filling, chilled
Preheat oven to 325 F. In a medium bowl beat egg yolks. Stir in condensed milk and lemon juice. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set. Top with pie filling. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator. Makes 8 servings.
