Baked Cajun Chicken Wings
We used this recipe with chicken tenderloins and dredged them in the rub. They tuned out spicy and juicy. We had to make two batches of rub in order to have enough.
Ingredients
3 pounds of chicken wings2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
