Cheddar Baked Potato Slices
Ingredients
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 medium baking potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices (about 4 cups)
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
In small bowl, combine soup, paprika and pepper. In greased 2 quart baking dish, arrange potato slices in overlapping rows. Sprinkle with cheese. Spoon soup mixture over cheese. Cover with foil, and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes or until fork tender.
