Ritz Cracker Chicken
Ingredients
5 cups boneless chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1 cup sour cream
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups Ritz Crackers, crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tbsp poppy seeds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Boil chicken breasts until done. Let chicken cool slightly and cut into one inch cubes. Placed chicken in a greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Combine the sour cream and soup. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, garlic salt, lemon juice and pepper. Pour over the chicken. In a separate bowl, stir together the crackers, the butter and the poppy seeds. Sprinkle over the chicken. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the top of the casserole is browned and the sauce is bubbly. Makes 12 servings.
