Sausage and Eggs
Ingredients
1 pound sausage
6 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 cups milk
6 slices bread
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain well and then place sausage in a greased 8 inch square baking pan. Set aside. Combine eggs, salt, dry mustard and milk in a large mixing bowl, and beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until foamy. Remove crust from bread and cut bread into 1 inch cubes. Stir bread cubes and cheese into egg mixture. Pour egg mixture over sausage and bake for 45 minutes or until set. Yields 9 servings.
