Embarassingly Easy Fruit Salad
1 can Fruit Cocktail, 16 ounce
1 can Mandarin Oranges, 11 ounce
1 box Instant Lemon Pudding
1 can Pineapple Tidbits, 15 ounce
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
2 bananas, sliced
Drain fruit cocktail and mandarin oranges and place in bowl. Sprinkle pudding mix over fruit. Add pineapple tidbits with juice, chopped pecans and bananas. Allow to sit for about one minute. Gently fold together all ingredients just until pudding mix and juice from pineapples have combined to make sauce. Refrigerate at least four hours before serving. Garnish with stemmed maraschino cherries if desired. Makes 12 servings.
