Baked Hash Brown Potato Casserole
Ingredients
32 ounces frozen hash browns, thawed
3/4 cup melted butter, separated
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
8 ounces sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed corn flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup melted butter, soup, onion, potatoes, sour cream and cheese. Stir well. Pour into greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish or baking pan. Mix corn flakes with 1/4 cup melted butter. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of potatoes. Bake for 50 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
