Baked Corn
Ingredients
15 ounce can corn, drained
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large mixing bowl, combine corn, eggs and milk. Mix flour and baking powder into corn mixture. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes, uncovered. Combine sugar, water, butter and flour in a medium saucepan and heat until smooth. Remove corn from oven and add sauce. Mix well and serve. Makes 6 servings.
