Popcorn Cake
Ingredients
3 quarts popcorn, popped
1 pound plain M&M's
12 ounces honey roasted peanuts
1 pound marshmallows
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup oil
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the popcorn, M&M's and peanuts. In a medium saucepan, melt marshmallows with butter and oil until smooth. Pour over popcorn mixture. Mix together well and pack into buttered bundt pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Turn cake out onto a serving platter. If you have trouble getting the cake out of the pan, fill the sink with warm water and place the cake pan in until the sides loosen. Be careful not to allow the water to get into the cake. Makes 12 servings.
