Buffet Mashed Potatoes
This recipe is much easier to prepare if you have a commercial stand mixer. It can be made the day before and refrigerated until ready to cook.
Ingredients
22 1/2 cups water2 1/4 cups of butter
2 tablespoons garlic salt
2 tablespoons onion salt
48 ounces of cream cheese
36 ounces of evaporated milk
48 ounces of sour cream
46 ounces of Instant Mashed Potato Flakes
paprika
bacon, cooked and crumbled
fresh parsley, chopped
