VELVEETA Bacon Cheeseburger Roll Up
Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
4 slices bacon, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 lb VELVEETA, cubed
13.8 oz package refrigerated pizza crust
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Brown ground beef with bacon and onions in large skillet on medium high heat, then drain. Return meat mixture to skillet. Add VELVEETA and cook for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring frequently. Let cool for 10 minutes. Unroll dough onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Press dough into 15 x 8 inch rectangle, and top with meat mixture. Roll up dough starting with long side. When finished rolling dough, make sure that seam side is down. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 6 servings.
