Rack of Pork Ribs
Preheat oven to 250 F. Place rack of ribs in a pan big enough to hold ribs and deep enough to hold liquid. Generously sprinkle salts on both sides of ribs, rubbing them in to the meat. Pour liquid smoke over the ribs and cover with foil. Cook ribs for 5 - 6 hours. Serve with your favorite barbecue sauce or just eat them right out of the oven.
