3 Meat Pizza Casserole
Ingredients
1 pound Bow Tie Pasta
1 pound pork sausage
1 large onion, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
52 ounces Spaghetti Sauce
1 pound cooked ham, cubed
1/2 pound sliced pepperoni
24 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
6 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, grated
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Preheat oven to 375 F and grease a 9x13x3 inch baking pan. In a large frying pan, cook sausage, onions, garlic, and oregano until the juices run clear. Pour a small amount of spaghetti sauce in the prepared pan to lightly coat the bottom. In the first layer, place 1/3 of the pasta, 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce, 8 ounces of Mozzarella Cheese, 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, and the sausage mixture. In the 2nd layer, place 1/2 of the remaining pasta, 1/2 of the remaining sauce, 8 ounces of Mozzarella Cheese, 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, and ham. In the third layer, place the remaining pasta, the remaining sauce, the remaining cheeses, and cover the entire top with pepperoni slices. Bake for 40 minutes, and let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Makes 8 servings.
