Orange Marmalade Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
6 chicken breasts
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon ginger
1 large orange, peeled and sectioned
1/2 cup pineapple chunks, drained
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix marmalade, honey and ginger. Place chicken breasts in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan and cover with basting mixture. Bake 40 minutes uncovered, basting occasionally. Add orange and pineapple and bake an additional 20 minutes. Serves 6.
