Kat's BBQ Baked Beans
Ingredients
62 ounces Van de Camp's Pork n Beans
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
dash of tabasco sauce
6 ounces of bacon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine beans, brown sugar, onion, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire Sauce, salt, pepper and tabasco sauce. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan and then lay strips of bacon across the top of the beans. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until thick and rich. Makes 12 servings.
