Beer Rolls
Ingredients
3 cups buttermilk baking mix
2 tablespoons sugar
12 oz can beer at room temperature
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend well. Fill greased muffin pans 1/2 full of batter. Let rise 10 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 -20 minutes or until browned. Cooked rolls freeze well. Yields 12 large rolls.
