Swiss Corn Bake
Ingredients
16 ounces can of corn, drained
5 ounces evaporated milk
1 cup grated Swiss cheese, divided
2 beaten eggs
2 tablespoons onion, minced
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix corn, milk, 3/4 cup cheese, eggs, onion and pepper in mixing bowl. Pour into a greased 1 quart casserole dish. Mix bread crumbs, melted butter and remaining cheese and sprinkle on top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. 8 Servings. This recipe can be doubled.
