Baked Apples and Raisins
Ingredients
8 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Place the apples and raisins in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and using hands, toss the apples and raisin to evenly coat the pieces. Spread the mixture onto the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes or until the apples are soft and tender. Makes 6 servings.
