Swiss Chicken
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
Mayonnaise
Swiss cheese slices
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup chicken broth
Bread crumbs or Croutons
4 tbsp of butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 F. Place 4 chicken breast in a mayonnaise coated 9x13 inch casserole dish. Cover with slice of Swiss Cheese. Mix soup with broth and pour over chicken and cheese. Cover the top with bread crumbs or croutons and dot with the butter. Bake for 1 hour. Makes 4 servings.
