Baked Parmesan Fish
Ingredients
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
4 tilapia fillets or any white flaky fish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine cheese, flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Beat eggs and milk in a separate bowl. Dip fillets in egg mixture then dredge through cheese mixture, coating well. Place fish in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. May have to bake a little longer depending on thickness of fillets, but fish should flake easily when done. Makes 4 servings.
