Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin
Ingredients
2 pound boneless pork loin roast2 tablespoons steak seasoning rub
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions
Dissolve steak seasoning rub in balsamic vinegar, then stir in olive oil. Place pork into a sealable plastic bag and pour marinade over the top. Squeeze out as much air as possible and then seal bag. Marinate 2 hours or overnight.Preheat oven to 350 F. Place pork into a glass baking dish along with marinade. Bake for 1 hour or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 F. Let the roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Makes 8 servings.
