Baked Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
1 pound pork tenderloin
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a cookie sheet with foil and lightly coat with vegetable cooking spray. Slice tenderloin into 4 equal pieces. Dip pieces in yogurt and then in crumbs to coat. Arrange on prepared cookie sheet. Bake 40 minutes or until pork is tender when pierced and crumbs look dry and lightly browned. Makes 4 servings
