Ranch Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
1 can crescent rolls
1 pound of breakfast sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
1 cup Ranch Dressing
1 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded and divided
6 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. Unroll crescent rolls without separating dough. Lay strips side by side in prepared pan, pinching the seams together to seal. Mix together breakfast sausage, Ranch Dressing, and 1 cup Cheddar Cheese. Spread sausage mixture over crescent rolls. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and pepper until well blended. Pour over the sausage mixture and sprinkle remaining Cheddar Cheese over the top. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until the center is set. Yields 10 servings.
