Taco Bake
This is a quick throw together, and you can use salsa instead of salsa con queso as well.
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 package of Taco Seasoning
3 8-inch flour tortillas
1/2 cup Salsa con queso
2 cups Cheddar Cheese, grated, divided
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F and spray an 8-inch round cake pan with no-stick spray. Brown and crumble ground beef, draining excess grease. Return ground beef to skillet, and add seasoning and water according to package directions. Once the taco meat is ready, turn off the heat and add Salsa con Queso. Stir until thoroughly combined. Place 1 tortilla in the bottom of the prepared pan. Add 1/3 of the ground beef on the first layer and 1/3 of the shredded cheese. Repeat with remaining tortillas, meat, and cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are slightly golden brown. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve. Makes 4 servings.
