Parmesan Chicken
Ingredients
8 chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup white cooking wine or sherry
3/4 teaspoon dried onion flakes
Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Place chicken in greased 9 x 13 inch dish. Sprinkle with onion flakes. Mix soup and wine, then pour over chicken. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan Cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover dish and bake for 30 minutes more. Makes 4 servings.
