5 Minute Double Layer Chocolate Pie
2 cups cold milk
3 packages (4 serving size) chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
12 ounces frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed and divided
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust, extra serving size
In large bowl, beat milk and pudding mix with wire whisk for 1 minute. Mixture will be very thick. Whisk in half of whipped topping. Carefully spread in crust. Spread remaining whipped topping over top. Garnish as desired and enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 10 servings.
