Baked Beans with Brisket
We have used pulled pork instead of the brisket and it still turns out fine. Double this recipe and it will fit nicely in 12x24 inch buffet pan. Definitely a spicy, hearty bean dish.
Ingredients
3/4 cup tomato sauce2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 15.5 oz cans navy beans
1 cup canned green chilies, drained and chopped
12 oz cooked brisket, chopped
