Fast Fixin Fruit and Cake
Ingredients
1 white cake mix
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
1 can pie filling
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Pour oil into 9 x 13 inch pan, and tilt pan to cover bottom. Put cake mix, eggs and water into pan, and stir with spoon or fork until well blended (about 2 minutes). Scrape sides and spread batter evenly in pan. Spoon pie filling into batter, and use a fork to fold into batter just enough to create marbled effect. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. May be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
