The Best Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
2 3# pork tenderloins
Mayonnaise
2 envelopes Dry Onion Soup Mix
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Pat tenderloins dry with a paper towel and place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Coat both loins with mayonnaise about 1/8 inch thick around entire loin. Empty the envelopes of soup mix onto a cutting board, and use a rolling pin or the back of a spoon to crush the soup mixes as best as you can. Sprinkle soup mixes evenly over both pork loins. Bake, uncovered, for about 35 to 45 minutes or until pork is done. Makes 12 servings.
