Cheesy Hash Browns
Ingredients
20 ounces shredded hash browns
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray 2 quart glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl combine hash browns, soup, cheese, sour cream, onion and 1/4 cup melted butter, mixing well. Spread into prepared baking dish. In a small bowl, combine corn flakes with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Mix well and spread topping evenly over hash browns. Bake 45 minutes or until hash browns are tender. Makes 8 servings.
