Pork Sausage Noodle Casserole
Ingredients
1/2 pound egg noodles
1 pound pork sausage
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
10 ounce can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2/3 cup milk
6 slices American Cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a 2 quart casserole dish. Cook egg noodles as directed on package. In skillet, crumble and brown sausage. Add onion and celery to sausage and cook until tender. In a large mixing bowl, combine soup and milk. Mix until well blended and then add sausage mixture. Layer half of the noodles in the prepared casserole dish, then half of the sausage mixture, and then half of the cheese slices, broken into pieces. Repeat layers, cover and bake for 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
