Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
Ingredients
2 pounds Chicken Breasts, cooked and cubed
2 cups bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons canola oil
8 ounces Swiss Cheese, cubed
8 ounces ham, diced
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1/8 cups milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Dip chunks of chicken in egg and milk mixture, then dredge through bread crumbs. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Place chicken in skillet and brown until golden. When done, place chicken in greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Add cheese and ham on top of chicken mixture. In medium bowl, mix soup and milk, then pour over all ingredients. Bake for 30 minutes. Makes 12 serings.
