Corn and Cream Cheese
Ingredients
1/4 cup milk
3 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
24 ounces whole kernel corn, drained (3 cups)
Instructions
Combine milk, cream cheese, butter and salt in sauce pan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts and is blended. Add corn and heat through. Makes 6 servings.
