Oven Roasted Chicken Breast
This is one of the better recipes that I have ever used for split chicken breasts. It is simple, it is easy, and it can certainly be customized. You can certainly use any spice combination that you choose or even use your favorite packaged spice blend.
Ingredients
Split Chicken Breasts
Vegetable oil
Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it with nonstick cooking spray. Place the desired amount of chicken breasts on the prepared foil, bone side up. Brush vegetable oil on the chicken and then sprinkle generously with creole seasoning. Turn the chicken breasts over and brush the other side with oil and sprinkle it with the seasoning. Roast the chicken for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.
