Pumpkin Pie Cake
Ingredients
29 oz pumpkin puree
12 oz evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
18.25 oz package Yellow Cake Mix
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, salt and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well. Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the pumpkin mixture. Drizzle the butter over the cake mix. Sprinkle walnuts over the top. Bake 55-60 minutes or until knife inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
