Easy Chicken & Biscuits
Ingredients
1 pound chicken tenders, cubed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 can Cream of Potato Soup
1 cup milk
16-ounce package of Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
I can of Buttermilk Biscuits
Instructions
Cube boneless, skinless chicken and brown in a pan with vegetable oil until completely cooked through. Prepare frozen mixed vegetables according to package directions. In a large mixing bowl, combine soups, milk, thyme, and black pepper. Add cooked chicken and heated vegetables until mixed well. Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan and bake at 400 F for 15 minutes. Remove dish from oven and stir. Cut each biscuit into quarters and arrange evenly over the chicken. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Serves 8.
