Maple Glazed Chicken
Ingredients
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until combined. Add chicken and turn to coat evenly every piece. Cover and refrigerate for two hours, turning once. Remove from marinade and cook or grill chicken. Pour reserved marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for 4 minutes or until sauce is reduced by half. Liberally baste chicken with sauce while cooking. This recipe is designed for 8 ounces of chicken.
