Rocky Road Fudge
Ingredients
12 ounces of chocolate chips
14 oz condensed milk
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
Instructions
Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine the chips and the milk, and microwave for 60 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir. Continue to microwave at 15-second intervals, stirring after each one, until the chocolate chips are completely melted and smooth. Fold in the marshmallows and pecans. Press the fudge mixture into a baking pan and place it in the refrigerator for 60 minutes to let it harden. When set, lift from the pan and cut into squares. Makes 24 servings.
