Boston Style Baked Corn
Ingredients
24 ounces whole kernel corn
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1/2 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
1 small onion, diced
2 - 3 slices bacon, diced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Drain the corn. Combine the mustard, salt, sugar and ketchup in a medium bowl. Add the corn and onion and mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and top with uncooked diced bacon. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until bacon is browned.
